STEP 2: DO

The Administrator allocates each property and each measure to the relevant employee/sub-contractor via the administrators Dashboard.

Each employee/sub-contractor is issued with an App which is pre-loaded with all the specific pre-, during and post inspection checklists specific to each property and each measure and based on SR54 and the Better Energy Homes QA.

The Dashboard also allows the Administrator to schedule each measure, display the agreed contract value and payments made and due, set the status of each measure, add variations etc.

While carrying out each measure, the employee/sub-contractor will carry out pre, during and post-works’ reports specific to the measure and in accordance with SR54 and SEAI QADP which are checklist forms within the inspection App that the employee/sub-contractor is issued with by the system operator.

On completion of each measure, the employee/sub-contractor will carry out a final QA inspection via the inspection App which is based on the Better Energy Homes QA.

The employee/subcontractor will then upload all necessary backup documentation via their dashboard regarding NSAI Certs, Declaration of Works, Commissioning Certs, Designer/Installer sign-off sheets etc.

Better Energy Homes

These back-up documents are pre-loaded within the Dashboard so that the employee/sub-contractor knows which specific documents are required for each measure and the Administrator of the system has real time overview of all back-up evidence of each measure’s documentation and status.
