What Does The APP Do?

Our corporate expense apps are designed to help your business keep on top of it’s expenses. The app allows you to “appify” and keep track of any corporate / employee spending. 

This could be attending a conference, going to a meeting or an event. Each user within your organisation can keep track of each expense item at the event, take photos of receipts or documents, and save them to the database. 

From this you can then see an overall total expense that the individual covered for attending the event. 

The submitted expense record is then automatically generated into a report on your branded dashboard. No more long hours in the office typing up reports or searching for receipts. 

Any unresolved items on the report are automatically forwarded to the relevant individual who is responsible for resolving the issue, once they have resolved the issue they can update the report with photos and notes from a secure web link sent to the administrator for submission. The initial survey is updated with the new information including the date and consultant name.

The app is fully branded to suit your company and customisable to your inspection requirements.

The dashboard is fully branded to your company. From here you can add clients, contractors and any type of expense events. You can also assign individuals to each event.

You can view the expense report of your event, download a PDF copy and email to a colleague or stakeholder quickly.

You can also request documentation from other stakeholders in the dashboard quickly.

The dashboard automatically creates report schedules and document schedules, you can create a PDF of these quickly for storing or sending to a colleague. 

The dashboard makes administrative tasks more streamlined for your company, which helps you save time and increase efficiency.
