Building Control – New Regulations announced

The Regulations provides for:

• New commencement notice requirements
• Three new certificates of compliance
• New roles for assigned certifiers
• New penalties
• New forms for appointment (“notices of assignment”) of assigned certifier & builder
• Completion Certificate
• Submission of drawings, specifications and calculations and commencement and completion.
